Shipping & Handling Information
Shipping Time Frames
Because all pieces are hand-made to order, please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to be made. For any customized Identity Collection pieces, the time frame is closer to 3 weeks. Your package will THEN be shipped via the method you select at checkout. Nashelle is not responsible for any external shipping delays.
Domestic Orders (48 continental states)
- We ship via UPS for all domestic orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii and Alaska, they will ship via USPS Priority Mail).
- If you enter a valid email address when placing your order, you will be emailed tracking information for your package from UPS once your order has shipped.
- We do not offer Saturday delivery.
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address and phone number are required for all orders.
- Nashelle is not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once it has already shipped. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout or request an address change once your order has shipped, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may occur.
- Shipping and handling charges within the continental U.S. are the published rates for UPS and US Mail for $5.
- If you choose US Mail, please note the package will not be insured.
- USPS Regular Mail: $5 (up to $50 order, but DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE OPTION.)
- USPS Ground Shipping: $10 (OUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD)
- USPS 3-Day: $15
- USPS 2-Day: $20
- USPS 2 Overnight: $45
- $35 flat rate for shipping/handling via USPS International Priority Mail.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Nashelle has no control whether your parcel will be subject to additional duties. Nashelle is not responsible for additional duties or taxes.
Alaska & Hawaii Orders
All orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10. This method is trackable and insured. Takes 1-3 days. Or, select UPS 2-Day Air for a flat rate of $25. Trackable and insured. Guaranteed 2 day delivery
Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.
All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA #, and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking. Nashelle does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
In order to obtain a return authorization #, a written request must first be made via email to: email@example.com. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
