Heather Nashelle

COO and Founder

If you’ve met Heather then you know how passionate she is about supporting creativity, supporting women-run businesses, and giving back. So it’s not surprising that 20 years ago, Heather Collard took her jewelry-making passion from a small shop on her living-room floor to the Bend, Oregon community, and subsequently to a globally recognized brand.

The outdoorsy and mountainous beauty of Bend, Oregon was discovered by Heather on a road trip to California. She immediately fell in love with Central Oregon because of its romantic majesty and close-knit community. Organically, Heather began to create jewelry -- it was a way for her to create art that women could wear, and feel beautiful. At first, she just sold pieces off her body to eager consumers who would stop her and ask, “where did you get that gorgeous piece!.” Within a short time, her local business was growing. Heather has always felt that professional and personal success go hand-in-hand. As many successful women do, she started a family as she introduced the world to the growing Nashelle brand.

Fast forward, and Nashelle is now filling orders for Nordstrom, Anthropologie, FabFitFun Causebox, and boutiques globally. Heather balances her tribe of six children (five boys and one adorable girl) and her team of 10 creatives around the clock. She’s passionate about seeing Nashelle continue to thrive, giving back to the local and global community, and appreciating moments of creativity where she still digs in and creates pieces for the brand. With all of the effort, time, and energy that’s gone into growing Nashelle, Heather attributes much of the achievement of the brand, and where it is today without our incredible team.

Aside from her passion for jewelry, and fostering Nashelle’s ongoing maturation, Heather cares deeply about the hunger challenges millions of families face in America. Nashelle is committed to giving back to programs and nonprofits locally, and nationally that support combatting hunger. Learn more about Nashelle’s ‘Give Back’ programs here.

Jennifer Rehmert

CEO and Owner

Along with being an innovative investor and entrepreneur, Jennifer is also Nashelle’s CEO. Born and raised in Orange County, CA, she established her career in the corporate world at the age of 21 by serving a key role in helping to grow and expand to two household brands that also happen to be fortune 500 companies, Target and Kohl’s. While working with Kohl’s, Jennifer rose to the position of Vice President and was on the executive team during her time at Target.

Five years ago, at the height of success in your corporate career, Jennifer made a game-changing decision -- to pursue her passion, and desire to pursue a life as an entrepreneur. Jennifer has always had a knack and a passion for PR and entertainment, so it is no surprise that in her first entrepreneurial venture, she became the co-owner of Equal Entertainment Media -- with a nationally syndicated TV show, Celebrity Page TV.

In 2019, she found a new passion and business opportunity that spoke to her spirit and drive -- the Nashelle Jewelry brand. Jennifer is now the co-owner and CEO of Nashelle, a globally recognized jewelry company. Sold online, in-store, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and more.

In addition to being a keen brand-builder, entrepreneur, and leader, Jennifer is also passionate about real estate. She bought her first home at the age of 22 and has worked to grow her portfolio from then on. Most recently, she expanded her real estate portfolio to Bend, OR, with a number of investment properties that she rents out on Airbnb and VRBO.

In her free time, Jennifer loves to travel! She’s also a passionate foodie and enjoys eating out, cooking, and trying new types of cuisine. Aside from that, you’ll find Jennifer on a beach, enjoying a glass of wine near a vineyard, or spending time with friends and family, when she’s not building her empire.

Alissa Guthrie

Wholesale Account Manager

Alissa Guthrie is the Wholesale Account Manager at Nashelle. Since 2016, Alissa has worked in a variety of roles, from shipping and production to operations and sales. Before Nashelle, she was an Elementary teacher and a business owner of 13 years.

Alissa’s favorite part about working for Nashelle is establishing long term working relationships. She loves mastering unique business models and helping strategize ways to incorporate beautiful, handmade jewelry.

Outside of Nashelle, she is a busy mom of five. Her passion is watching her kids live their best lives, whether it be playing competitive travel baseball, downhill mountain bike racing, or slopestyle ski competitions. Alissa is a key-player at Nashelle, and a leader of an active, on-the-go family!

Annie Carpenter

Marketing Director

As Nashelle's Marketing Director, Annie wears a lot of hats, but she’s up to the challenge. With a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University in Journalism and Technical Communication, and a focus on Public Relations, Annie gained her marketing experience and acumen at a young age. In 2019, Annie decided to move her home from Vail, Colorado, another outdoors haven, Bend, Oregon.

During her time in Vail, she worked in financial research and high-end hospitality, at Macro Intelligence 2 Partners LLC, Vail Mountain Club, and the Arrabelle at Vail Square. She gained a vast amount of experience in these roles regarding corporate marketing and project management.

Joining the Nashelle team in 2020, Annie feels blessed to have found a fit with a company that speaks to her passion, and experience. She loves her team, and the dynamic and company culture.

When Annie’s not helping to grow the Nashelle brand, she can be found skiing at Mt. Bachelor, paddle boarding the Deschutes River or a local lake, hiking, and biking across the Pacific Northwest.

Crystal Hendricks

Production Manager

In 2018, Crystal Hendricks left the Big Island, Maui, Hawaii, and moved to Bend, Oregon. She joined the Nashelle team in the fall and is now the Production Manager.

Crystal has over a decade of experience in fine art and jewelry sale consulting. She has represented and worked with dozens of artists, jewelers, and various galleries over the years and expanded her skill set into management, business development, and jewelry production.

She enjoys the creativity and beauty of working with gems and precious metals with the incredible team at Nashelle. When she's not in the studio, you will find her at home doing yoga, meditating, tending the garden, making lavish meals, or out and about exploring the beauty and seasons of the PNW.
