Customer Service Policy:

At Nashelle, we stand behind our products and services. We take pride in creating personalized, custom creations and always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of you loving and wearing our jewelry forever. Our customer service philosophy is, 'Treat others the way you like to be treated.' If you have any issues with your purchase, let us know! Our team will do our best to make sure you are completely happy with your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

After you receive your order, you have 30 days to exchange or return it for store credit. Reach out to customerservice@nashelle.com, and we will send you a complimentary return label and ship out your exchange for free. If you would like store credit, send your purchase back, and we will send you an electronic gift card with the original order's amount (not including shipping).

    Repairs:

    We put intention, expertise, and love into every piece of jewelry we make - but life happens. If you need your jewelry repaired within 30 days of purchase, repair fees and shipping is on us! If you are outside of the window, don't worry, we've still got you covered. Send your jewelry back to us at the address below. Once we receive your repair, we will confirm repair fees with you via email and send an invoice. Repairs can take up to two weeks.

    Production Time:

    Our beautiful jewelry is hand-made, with love and attention to detail.  Production times vary according to seasonal order volume. Currently, our team is able to make and ship out your order within two weeks from the time you place your order!

     

     Custom Ordering:

    We love creating meaningful pieces for our community. Your personalized touch to existing designs inspires us, and we want to make your ideas come true! Please send custom requests to customerservice@nashelle.com, and we will work with our team to create your special piece. If we can't make it, we'll do our best to refer you to a jeweler who can.

     

    Changing or Cancelling an Order:

    If you need to update an order, we are happy to accommodate any request before we make your jewelry. Please send any changes, updates, or additions to your order to customerservice@nashelle.com. We will do our best to make them happen! Need to cancel? You have 24 hours to cancel an order before it is processed and given to production.

      If your purchase is over $150, you might consider adding insurance to your shipping as packages lost in transit are not the responsibility of Nashelle. Please call for an insurance quote prior to shipping.
