Shipping & Returns


Our beautiful jewelry is hand-made, with love and attention to detail, according to your specifications. We do not have stock of any items on hand. Production times vary according to seasonal order volume, but will be between 1-2 weeks. Once your order is complete, it will ship via the shipping method you have chosen. Please allow for BOTH production time and shipping time when making your purchase.
RUSH Orders: you may expedite the production of your order, so that it’s completed within one week of ordering. The cost is $30 and then we will ship according to the delivery method that you select at check out.

Shipping Options

First Class Mail $5 (delivery time 5-7 days, no tracking available)

Priority Mail $10 (delivery time 3-5 days, tracking provided)

Priority Mail Express $30 (delivery 1-2 days, tracking provided)

International Priority $43 (delivery times vary by country, tracking provided, customs fee may apply)

If your purchase is over $150, you might consider adding insurance to your shipping as packages lost in transit are not the responsibility of Nashelle. Please call for an insurance quote prior to shipping.

Warranties & Returns

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we have a no return policy. However, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 60 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. Items determined to be damage or defected outside 60 days are subject to repair fees. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.

All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA #, and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking. Nashelle does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
